Vivek is a Managing Director in WhiteHorse Capital's New York office.

Vivek is responsible for working with portfolio companies and their management teams to improve growth, operations, and profitability. He currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G. portfolio companies.

Vivek has more than 15 years of private equity and M&A experience across a wide range of industries, including business services, consumer, healthcare, and industrials. Prior to joining H.I.G. in 2009, Vivek began his career as an analyst at Citigroup Investment Banking.

Vivek earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
