Lee Juvarkar Vice President of Human Resources and Administration

Lee is H.I.G. Capital’s Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, based in the Miami office. Lee is responsible for the firm’s Global Human Resources function. She has over 20 years of HR experience with various organizations.

Before joining H.I.G. Capital, Lee served as the HR Director for the Mortgage Solutions division of Assurant Inc., a global provider of risk management products and services. Lee’s primary focus was the integration of strategic acquisitions to include organizational design, compensation and benefits, and talent retention. She was responsible for executing the people strategy to increase organizational effectiveness. Lee also held key HR roles at ADP TotalSource and Estefan Enterprises, Inc.

Lee received her B.S. degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University. She holds her Senior Professional Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
