WhiteHorse Capital Provides Incremental Term Loan to EducationDynamics, LLC to Support Acquisition of QuinStreet Education
CHICAGO – September 30, 2020 – WhiteHorse Capital, the direct lending affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity and alternative assets investment firm with $40 billion of equity capital under management, provided an incremental first lien term loan to EducationDynamics, LLC (“EducationDynamics” or the “Company”) to support the acquisition of QuinStreet Education, a subsidiary of publicly traded QuinStreet, Inc. (Nasdaq: QNST). Founded in 1999 and based in Foster City, California, QuinStreet Education is an outsourced prospect delivery vendor for colleges, universities, and vocational schools in the United States.
