Micael Hagelin Managing Director

Micael Hagelin is a Managing Director in the Capital Formation Group. He is based in the London office and focuses on capital raising activities in Europe across H.I.G.’s global credit platform.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Micael was a Managing Director and Co-founder of New End, a placement and advisory firm active in primary fundraising, direct investments and secondary transactions. Prior to this, Micael was a Managing Director in the client relations team at Oaktree Capital.

Micael holds his B.Sc. from Copenhagen Business School and a M.Sc. from ESCP Business School.
