Jon Schwartz Vice President

Jon broadly focuses on SaaS, Cloud & Data Software, Internet & Digital Marketing, Healthcare, Industrial & Tech-Enabled Services, FinTech, and Consumer/eCommerce for H.I.G. Growth Partners, and is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments.

Jon Schwartz is a Vice President in the Boston office and supports deal origination, financing, transaction execution, and implementation of post-closing operational initiatives. He has evaluated and completed investments across technology-enabled services, enterprise software, and healthcare services.

Prior to joining H.I.G. Growth Partners, Jon worked at Northlane Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in Washington, D.C. Jon began his career in the M&A Advisory group at Deloitte Corporate Finance.

Jon received a B.S. in Business Administration (Kenan-Flagler Business School) and B.A. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina.
