Ed Pallesen is a Managing Director and Co-Head of H.I.G. Infrastructure based in H.I.G.'s New York office.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Ed was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. Ed worked at Goldman Sachs for 19 years in a variety of capacities, including in the Telecom, Media, and Technology Group in investment banking and as Head of the Americas at Goldman Sachs’ Infrastructure Fund. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ed served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Ed earned a B.A. from Harvard College, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a D.Phil. from Oxford University, with honors, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
