Crosby Baker is the Head of Portfolio Talent for H.I.G. Capital.

Crosby has nearly a decade of executive recruiting experience and was most recently Director, Executive Recruitment at Hilton Hotels Corporate. While there, she helped lead the build-out of Hilton’s corporate in-house executive search function. Prior to Hilton, she managed searches across multiple industries at both boutique and large search firms, such as Korn Ferry.

Crosby has a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration from The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
