Ashley West Head of Talent

Ashley is the Head of Talent for H.I.G. and is based in the New York City office. She leads all recruiting strategy and execution for the H.I.G. global investment teams.

She leads all recruiting strategy and execution for the H.I.G. global investment teams. Ashley brings over 15 years of buyside recruiting experience from both agency and in-house talent management roles.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Ashley worked for The Oxbridge Group as a Managing Director, where she focused on identification, recruitment and onboarding of investment professionals. Prior to The Oxbridge Group, Ashley was a member of the senior leadership team at Coatue Management, where she was instrumental in the growth of the firm. Ashley began her career at Oxbridge and SG Partners.

Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from Williams College.
