Arjun is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital's San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including originating, structuring, and financing transactions as well as working with portfolio companies and their management teams to improve growth and profitability.

Arjun has private equity investing experience across a wide range of industries including technology, business services, and consumer. He currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G. portfolio companies including HelpSystems and Lionbridge Technologies.

Arjun has more than a decade of experience in private equity and M&A. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital in 2010, Arjun worked for Citigroup Investment Banking, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises and other strategic initiatives.

Arjun earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and undergraduate degrees, in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Duke University.
