Andy Lefkarites is a Senior Advisor to H.I.G. Growth, H.I.G.’s dedicated growth equity investment group.

Andy has experience with growth equity investments across software and internet verticals.

Prior to H.I.G., Andy helped lead the late-stage venture investing practice at Blue Owl Capital. Prior investment and board experience includes 6sense, Coherent, Kajabi, Klaviyo, Nuvemshop, Nylas, SalesLoft, Split, and UserZoom. Before Blue Owl, Andy held investment professional roles at Spectrum Equity and Guidepost Growth Equity.

Andy graduated with a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.
