H.I.G. Capital Completes the Sale of HelpSystems to HGGC
SAN FRANCISCO – April 4, 2018 – H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”), a leading global private equity investment firm with $25 billion of equity capital under management, is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of HelpSystems Holdings, Inc. (“HelpSystems” or the “Company”), to HGGC.
Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Eden Prairie, MN, HelpSystems is a leading provider of systems and network management, business intelligence, and security and compliance solutions. The Company delivers IT infrastructure software for IBM i, Unix, Linux, and Windows environments to over 13,000 customers worldwide.
